2. Characteristics
4 servo drives is import from Japan,high precision,which reduced mechanical transmission and fault rate.
This machine adopt Omron PLC control system
It takes only one minute to change the orders and stitching distances.
Order sized is adjusted by computer .
There are counting function at the end of the machine ,it can output based on setting.
Working speed: 500 stitches per minute
Stitching distance ranged from 30 to 120mm,adjusted by computer .
Any machine fault will display on screen.
It both fits for single piece and double pieces carton.
single nail(/), double nails(//), strengthen nails(// / //) is ok .
It fits for 3 layer,5 layer and 7 layer carton.
